WantedLab has launched 'Wanted Frontiers,' an AX training content that enables even non-development professionals to design AI work agents without coding, and has unveiled its first course: work automation training utilizing the generative AI 'Claude.' This training program was designed to reflect market demand revealed in the '2026 AX Insight Report' published by WantedLab. According to the survey, while 92.1% of office workers utilize AI in their work, only 5.3% of companies have completed the adoption of AX at the company-wide level. In particular, with more than half of companies citing a "shortage of skilled personnel" as a major obstacle to adoption, the demand for working-level talent capable of designing organizational-level AX is expanding. Based on 'AX Champion' experience… Focusing on real-world task automation 'Wanted Frontiers' is designed to go beyond the simple utilization of AI tools, focusing on the automation of repetitive tasks and the structuring of business processes. All courses are provided in VOD format and are characterized by project-based learning that can be immediately applied in real-world work environments. In particular, this content is based on WantedLab's experience operating the in-house AI innovation program 'AX Champion'. This program is a project-based training course conducted over approximately eight weeks, through which members have accumulated real-world examples of work automation by practicing how to improve their tasks using AI. The first course, 'Claude Cowork,' utilizes generative AI models to cover various practical projects, including web research automation, data analysis report generation, and Slack and Jira integration automation. This enables even non-developers to acquire AI-based business automation capabilities. "AI capabilities have already established themselves as a core competitive advantage in the recruitment market," said Yoon Myung-hoon, Head of Business at Wanted Lab. "Our goal is to create a structure where talent developed through education can actually lead the organization's AX transformation."
