I wanted something that would be easy to store and access in a cabinet so I could blow of the back patio and the front walkway without having to mess with fuel and massive noise levels. This works brilliantly. I use the shortest segment of the blower nozzle so that it stores easily enough. The two batteries are what I need just to be sure I'm not halfway through a clean up when I lose power. It's hard to compare this to my 2 cycle blower - as that one is made to crank mega volume of air. That said, this one is perfect for my smaller jobs. I found it excellent for use in my woodshop to blow off the sawdust from the immediate area and out the garage door. If I have a critique it comes down to the control of the air flow. Rather than an trigger switch, this uses a dial. So there is no way to right up to full throttle but you need to spin the dial up and up to get there. Not a big deal but I would change that design on the next iteration of this tool. And so naturally, we've been on the lookout for a reasonably priced leaf blower - something substantial enough to do the job without paying for more power than is really called for. Fortunately for us, this thing fit the bill perfectly! It took a month or so to finally arrive, but when we got it assembly took no time and literally within 15 minutes of opening the box, we were in the back yard cornering those pink petals with ease. This is truly a quality-of-life game changer. I'm sure it sounds like gross exaggeration to anyone who's been fortunate enough to never encounter these plants, but I assure you - I am quite serious. Product includes two batteries, which charge quickly and drain slowly. We've used it a few times over the course of the last week now and haven't had to swap batteries once. The blower also has an interesting mechanism which allows it to rotate around the axis of the grip - I couldn't tell you the purpose of this feature or why it would ever be useful, but I suppose it doesn't *detract* from core functionality so, no complaints on that I guess.
