Moving beyond simple task automation, it is being applied to core areas such as investment analysis, market research, and portfolio strategy formulation, bringing about changes in real estate operations and the competitive environment. Furthermore, changes are being detected in investment trends within the proptech sector. Amid the recent rebound in global proptech investment, there is a trend of capital concentrating on companies that possess AI technology as their core competitive advantage. The report analyzed that companies equipped with data integration capabilities and platform building skills are particularly likely to secure a competitive advantage in the future. Starting with this report, the Korea Proptech Forum plans to expand research and educational activities to revitalize the AI-based proptech industry. It also intends to strengthen the foundation for cooperation within the industry through conferences and networking events, along with AI-related map creation, startup analysis, and the operation of practical training programs. The forum stated that it hopes this report can be used as a reference for domestic companies to respond to the AI transformation environment.
