Grip Company (CEOs Kim Hanna and Kim Taesu), which operates the commerce creator platform 'Grip', announced on the 24th that it has introduced a private certification course for 'AI Live Commerce Experts' and established a talent development system that extends from education to actual sales. The company has partnered with the distribution education institution Live Lineup Academy to launch the first cohort of its AI-based live commerce education program. This course is characterized by a structure that goes beyond mere education to discover prospective sellers and commerce creators, connecting them to platform entry and actual sales. The program is designed as a 'commerce incubation' that leads from the completion of training to platform entry, live broadcasting, and product sales experience. Participants can strengthen their practical revenue generation capabilities by conducting live broadcasts themselves after the training. In addition, together with our education partner GrowthUp, we jointly developed a private certification course for 'AI Live Commerce Experts' and included it in our curriculum. Through this, we established a system that officially certifies professional capabilities, rather than simply granting a certificate of completion. The training consists of a total of six weeks and is conducted with a practice-oriented curriculum that includes platform understanding, broadcast testing, content planning and sales script writing, live practice, and performance data analysis. In particular, it is designed to lead to actual sales results by incorporating AI-based data analysis and product planning. The lectures are led by experts with a proven track record in the live commerce and home shopping sectors, drawing on their field experience. The training is conducted with small class sizes and combines offline classes with practical exercises to cultivate talent ready for immediate deployment. Through this program, Grip Company plans to expand its partnership models utilizing its network of educational institutions and instructors, and diversify the channels for attracting new sellers and commerce creators. In the future, the company intends to further enhance its talent development system by subdividing the training courses into creator and instructor tracks. The company announced plans to establish a foundation for the growth of commerce creators and expand the related ecosystem through a structure that links education, certification, and actual sales experience.
