In particular, it focused on expanding the user experience by proactively introducing various AI-based features through integration with Kakao Tools. This type of AI platform collaboration is the first of its kind in the tax tech sector. Users can receive tax-related consultations by entering questions as if having a conversation on KakaoTalk, and SamjeomsamQ provides answers based on vast tax data. The service has been trained using the RAG method on over 510,000 records of tax laws, precedents, and Q&A data, and also utilizes content reviewed by tax and accounting experts to enhance accuracy. This expert data is expected to gradually expand from an initial total of 10,000 records. In addition, accessibility was enhanced by actively utilizing concise sentence structures and visual aids to make complex tax information easy to understand. The AI agent functionality will also be enhanced through integration with Kakao Tools. If a user needs to check or apply for a refund during a conversation, the relevant functions will be automatically connected, allowing for a convenient process. Through this, the company plans to provide an integrated experience within KakaoTalk that spans from tax consultation to actual refunds. Both companies intend to continue collaborating to expand the AI agent ecosystem in the future.
