'Underwriting QnA' is an AI-based question-and-answer system that enables insurance underwriting managers to quickly search for and verify necessary information without having to manually review vast amounts of data, such as terms and conditions and product descriptions. To achieve this, a separate document preprocessing system and data pipeline were established, and the system is currently operating stably after undergoing a Proof of Concept (PoC). Based on the achievements of this project, Bespin Global plans to gradually expand underwriting Q&A to other business areas, such as insurance design, claims, and customer service. Utilizing the latest agentic AI technology and workflow-based architecture, the company has completed testing the application of AI to various insurance tasks and plans to continuously expand this to real-world operating environments in the future.
